I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was absolutely stunning, surrounded by beautiful nature and close to the ski slopes. I loved waking up to the breathtaking views from my balcony. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The service, from room service to housekeeping, was top-notch. I also enjoyed the delicious steak in the restaurant. this place was a perfect choice for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel offers great spa facilities to relax after a day out. the rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds. Location-wise, it is conveniently located near a ski resort and has beautiful surroundings. One of the best things about the hotel is the excellent restaurant it houses, with a varied menu that offers delicious meals for all tastes.

There were a couple of downsides as well. the noise level was high, and I could hear the neighbors quite easily.

The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and conveniently close to everything, including restaurants with excellent menus. the rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean. Despite some negative comments mentioned in other reviews, we experienced good service from the staff. Breakfast was included and proved to be amazing, with plenty of choice. We also loved the spectacular view from our balcony.

It was unfortunate that only some rooms had access to the wellness and fitness facilities at an additional cost, which we expected to be included considering the high room price.

The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the sauna which helped me relax after a long day. The staff was super hospitable and made me feel welcome. Moreover, the location was convenient as it was close to the ski slopes.

Spent Easter at a luxurious hotel located in a prime spot near snow activities. The luxurious, clean and spacious rooms with their comfortable beds and gorgeous bathroom were worth the price paid. the food served in the restaurant was excellent with a varied menu to choose from. The lovely view from the room added to the overall ambiance of the stay experience.

The hotel lacked customer service principles with unfriendly and inattentive staff. Their lack of knowledge of foreign languages and local language-only documents across the facility were pretty disappointing.
